Check In:
Please plan to arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on the first day
of the camp for which you are registered. You will be assigned a room,
team and jersey number during registration. Camp officially begins
at 12:30 p.m.
Lodging and Meals:
All lodging and meals are included in your registration fee. Participants
will stay in dorm rooms on campus and eat their meals in the school
dining commons. Camp meals start with lunch on the first day and end
with breakfast on the last day, please plan accordingly. Extra meal
service will be available in the late evening at an additional cost.
Refrigerators are in all dorm rooms.
For parents who may be visiting from outside of the Athens, GA area,
there are several hotels in the area.
Items to Bring to Camp
A confirmation email will notify all players of the specific items they
will need to bring to camp.
Room Key Deposits
The facilities we use require a $50.00 or $60.00 refundable room key
deposit. A check should be made out separate from your registration
fee. Bring the check with you on registration day. It will be returned
when you return the key during check out. Deposits will be withheld
in the case of any room damages.
Transportation:
If you are flying into Atlanta, GA you may schedule flights for arrival
at Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL) after 4:00 p.m. the EVENING before the
first day of your camp session or EARLY on the morning of the first
day of your camp session. Departing flights should be scheduled AFTER
3:00 p.m. on the last day of your camp session. Shuttle transportation
is provided to and from ATL ONLY.
